NeverStale is developing AI-powered tools to create and maintain product demos. Our website currently offers information about the product and a waitlist for early access.

Features described on the site may change before general availability. Waitlist registration does not guarantee access or a specific launch date.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with our systems, or submit false or harmful information.

You must provide accurate contact information when joining the waitlist.

NeverStale and its content, branding, and technology are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission except as allowed by law.

The site and waitlist are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

Product descriptions and roadmap items are illustrative and subject to change.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeverStale will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or waitlist.

Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you paid nothing.

We may suspend or discontinue access to the site or waitlist at any time. You may stop using our services at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law applies.
